Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2026  •  Last Updated: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how myBRANDbldr LLC (“myBRANDbldr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, join Priority Access, communicate with us, receive text messages, or use our products and services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the myBRANDbldr website, waitlist, Priority Access program, iBld guided experience, related products and services, and optional SMS communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Your name and email address when you join Priority Access or contact us.
  • Your mobile number, SMS consent status, and messages when you separately opt in to text messaging.
  • Brand goals, preferences, content, prompts, feedback, and other information you choose to provide when using iBld or related features.
  • Account, support, survey, and communication information when those features are available.

We may also collect information automatically, including:

  • Browser, device, operating system, language, approximate location, IP address, and technical identifiers.
  • Pages viewed, links and buttons selected, form-start and form-completion events, referring pages, and timestamps.
  • Campaign attribution information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term, along with the landing page and initial referrer.
  • Cookie, local-storage, consent-preference, and similar technology data.

Our waitlist currently requires a name and email address. It does not currently require a phone number or payment card.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Operate the website, waitlist, Priority Access program, and myBRANDbldr services.
  • Provide and personalize iBld guidance, content planning, and related features.
  • Send requested product, access, support, administrative, marketing, or SMS communications.
  • Understand engagement, attribute campaigns, improve the user experience, and measure conversion.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our services, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Analytics, cookies, and consent

We use essential technologies to operate the website and remember privacy choices. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand website and funnel engagement. Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags.

Analytics may record device and browser information, page activity, campaign attribution, and events such as an Early Access click, waitlist-form start, or completed signup. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or form-field contents to analytics providers.

Analytics storage is denied by default. You may accept or decline analytics through the consent banner and change your selection using the “Privacy choices” control. We currently do not use advertising cookies through this consent manager.

5. How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that process it on our behalf, including:

  • Webflow for website hosting and form processing.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for consented measurement and tag management.
  • PostHog for consented product and website analytics.
  • Quo and mobile carriers for optional SMS delivery and consent-record management.
  • Other hosting, security, communications, support, professional, and infrastructure providers needed to operate our services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS message data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the waitlist and services, maintaining consent and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the systems used. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, aggregate, or de-identify it.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to legal limitations and identity verification.

  • Use “Privacy choices” to change analytics consent.
  • Use the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Email hello@mybrandbldr.com to submit a privacy request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. SMS communications

SMS is optional and requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. Messages may include account notifications, feature updates, reminders, product information, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We also honor common carrier-recognized opt-out keywords, including QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and END. After an opt-out request, we may send a confirmation and will stop promotional SMS messages to that number.

When you opt in, we may collect your mobile number, country, consent date and source, consent status, message content, delivery information, and supported interaction data. We use this information to deliver and manage messages, maintain compliance records, provide support, and protect our services.

Our SMS program is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

9. Children's privacy

myBRANDbldr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Individuals between 13 and the age of majority should use myBRANDbldr only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. SMS participation is limited as described above.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International processing

myBRANDbldr and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Third-party services and links

Our website may link to social platforms and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and practices change. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law.
