Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your myBRANDbldr account, Priority Access signup, or use of iBld.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@mybrandbldr.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account or Priority Access signup and, if applicable, your myBRANDbldr or iBld username.
  3. Include enough information for the request to be matched to the correct account or record. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Verification

We may contact you to verify your identity and confirm that the request relates to the correct account or information before completing the deletion request.

What the request covers

Once a valid request is verified, myBRANDbldr will process deletion of personal information associated with the request, subject to information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.

Meta and connected social accounts

If you used a Meta or Instagram account with a myBRANDbldr feature, use the same process above and identify the connected account in your request. You may also remove myBRANDbldr access through the applicable Meta or Instagram account settings where that option is available.
